So, talking about guilty pleasure! Tiramisu, one of the most delicious cake in the world is also one of the example of Coloid. Well, if you notice why I use English as my language in this post, it is because I want to improve my English in writing skill. I love writing, but I always find difficulties in writing in English. Well, as you can see, my grammar is kinda awful! Anyway, Tiramisu! I just know that Tiramisu, a very lovely and delightful cake is also one of the example of Coloid! So, that's why, in this post, I will give you a little simple recipe to make a very simple but still yummy tiramisu cake! :)
Ingredients:
400 grams of mascarpone cheese
75 grams sugar
300 ml whipped cream (Whipped cream is one of the example of Coloid! Read my 2nd post!)
10 pieces of sponge finger (ready to buy) or a thin slice of cake, put it in the bottom of the oval mold
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Steps to make Tiramisu:
1. Mix and beat the mascarpone cheese and the sugar it blend. In another container, beat the whipped cream until stiffen. Put the cheese paste in the whipped cream paste, mix it, then pour it above the sponge fingers or cake slices.
2. Then put the sponge fingers or the cake slices on top of it until it covers the paste. Sift the cocoa powder above it. and Voila! It is done!
